Today is Memorial Day. A day set aside to remember those who have served and those who are serving now. To remember those who never came back from war and those forever wounded by it.
Let’s not wait until Memorial Day and Veteran’s Day (or Remembrance Day) to think about the ideas service and sacrifice. For every soldier, there is a family. For every family, there is a story. For every story, there is an importance. For every importance, a reason to remember and to hono(u)r.
