    These are great! I always have a special love of cat photos :) I do agree that your use of shadows for black was a great idea though!! Thanks for sharing.

      Thanks. The cat’s name was Tekva — Russian for pumpkin. He was my parents, then my mother’s cat. He used to sleep in the bathroom sink, or by the taps in the bathtub. Don’t have any of those photos scanned into the computer, but I should someday.

      I didn’t really, either, until I started taking shadow pictures and realized the stark contrast between the light and the shadow.
